In recent days, we participated in a conference in Thailand, organised jointly with our partner Expert Group dedicated to Dergall®.

During the event, ICB Pharma was represented by Mateusz Świętosławski, business development manager from our Animal Health team, who took part in meetings and discussions with local partners and industry professionals.

The conference was also an opportunity to celebrate an important milestone. More than 10,000 bottles of Dergall® have already been sold on the Thai market.

This is a shared success, resulting from the commitment of the Expert Pest System team, their excellent knowledge of the local market, and the consistent development of the Dergall® brand.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Biopolin – an innovative pollinator attractant developed by the ICB Pharma team to support effective pollination in modern agriculture.

Developed by Janusz Świętosławski, Biopolin combines naturally occurring compounds with the innovative Slow Release Technology, providing long-lasting  action. Since its market launch, it has helped growers improve pollination and increase crop productivity.

We thank all our partners, distributors and growers for their trust and cooperation. We look forward to the next chapter of the Biopolin story together.

ICB Pharma is participating in MURAWA 5.0, an educational initiative organised by Zielona Murawa together with its supporting partners. The project is dedicated to professionals responsible for the maintenance and management of sports turf, lawns and golf courses, including greenkeepers, grounds managers and turf specialists.

By promoting knowledge exchange, showcasing modern technologies and sharing best practices, MURAWA 5.0 supports the continuous development of professional turf management. The initiative aligns with the mission of ICB Pharma Crop Solutions to deliver innovative solutions that help maintain healthy, resilient, and vibrant green turf.

We are pleased to contribute to this initiative and to support the exchange of knowledge and the continued advancement of professional turf management.

we would like to kindly inform you about the change in the legal form of our Company, from a general partnership (spółka jawna) to a limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), which took place on 2 January 2026. Since that day, the Company has been operating under the name:
ICB Pharma spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Jaworzno
(abbreviated name: ICB Pharma sp. z o.o.).

As a result of the transformation of the Company’s legal form, the Company remains the same legal entity and continues its operations without change. All previously concluded contracts and their terms remain valid and will be performed on the same conditions.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that, as a result of the transformation, the Company’s NIP and REGON numbers remain unchanged. However, the transformed Company has been assigned
a new KRS number: 0001208841. The address of the Company’s registered office has been changed to
ul. S. Lema 10, 43-603 Jaworzno.

Accordingly, with effect from 2 January 2026, all invoices and accounting, commercial, and legal documents should include the following details of the transformed Company:
